libapophenia2-dev software package provides Apophenia Statistical C Library -- development package, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapophenia2-dev
libapophenia2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapophenia2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapophenia2-dev *
You will get with libapophenia2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
